Airplane Nut

Hi everybody. I work at an airport here in Montana as part of a ground crew loading and unloading a UPS Airbus 300. It's a part time job to get me outside and work up a sweat. I've built model airplanes forever and I can ID most military aircraft OK , but figuring out the civilian birds is another story. I know the Beech 1900C , because I load one. It's just a fun place to work up at the airport. I've seen some airplanes that I don't know what they are and I've seen that Airbus too much. I wish they'd fly in one of their DC-8's.

I have trouble identifying a lot of commercial airliners because they are boring by contrast to military jets (and so many are almost identical). I am familiar with a number of them though from flying them in X-planes. I love to land the 747 at night in bad weather.

CanadaAir Regional Jets are kinda cool. If I ever won the big lettery I'd probably work my way up to buying one, just the right side for a family motorhome.
